FAQs
Do they need plumbing in?
No. Plumbing is not required. There is a great misconception as far as Garden Spas and Hot Tubs are concerned - the only requirement is a garden hose.
What sort of electricity supply is required?
For our Cayman or Jaimaica models either a 13 amp or 25 amp supply is required that must be protected by an RCD. For all other models a 25 amp supply is required direct from your consumer unit (fuse board) and this should be protected by an RCD. If the supply cable is to run underground this should be armoured and suitable for this purpose.
Do they heat themselves?
Yes. They have heating capability to your preferred temperature up to a maximum of 40 degrees centigrade.
Do they come flat packed for assembly?
No. They are rigid in form and are delivered as a complete unit.
Do they require a foundation?
Yes. All spas require a level hardstanding area..
Do I need to have water connected all the time?
No. Just fill from a garden hose and top up as required. It is recommended that the water is drained at least every 3 months.
Are all spas the same?
Definitely not. Spas vary greatly in quality, specifications, number of seats, number of jets etc. We will always ensure that you have a spa to match your requirements and not make your requirements fit a spa.
Is it easy to maintain a spa or hot tub?
Very easy. Our spas are specially designed for low maintenance and low chemical use.
